We have come a long way since starting the infrastructure implementation in January 2008. All the lots have been packed and leveled at 8 feet above water level and the infrastructure has been connected to each lot. The home sites are now ready for construction. By looking at the pictures please consider that a 3 ft foundation will be added for a total elevation level of 11 feet above the water.
We are almost finished with the road pavers. The landscaping will start shortly. Immediately after receipt of the building permit the construction will also start on the entry gates. These features, together with the heavily landscaped berm along Midnight Pass Road, will make this a very attractive community. Boat docks of different sizes are available to the owners.
A very attractive West Indies style home will be built later this year on lot 11. We can also provide elevation drawings and renderings for a home on lot 13.
In general the homes sites can be purchased with or without a home, depending on the buyers preference.
